Here is my custom exhaust I made up for my bike.

If anyone is interested in also making this I'll include the parts and details...

The muffler portion and mid pipe is from Hot Bodies Racing and is their MGP exhaust for a 2011-2015 Kawasaki ZX-10.

Considering KTM has a different exhaust flange than most bikes, you will need the male side off of your cat. I cut the end that goes to the muffler since it was more accessible.

Now the midpipe from Hot Bodies Racing just needs to be shortened (it is already at the correct 45 degree bend). I cut lengths off of both ends of the mid pipe, you can determine how much.

Mocked up

Weld the flange end (side going to header) first, then get the clocking for the muffler end and then weld that side.

Had to modify the bracket they give you with the muffler, twisted it and welded a rod to it to go where the cat hung from.

Install and enjoy the lovely sound!

Is that an Integra steering wheel?

And uh, wow. That exhaust actually looks REALLY nice. Sound clips?
