Help...removing spark plug caps

Started doing a valve adjustment on my 08 SDR, but cant get the rear cylinder spark plug cover off. When I try to pull it out it wont clear the rear frame.

On my Super Enduro there is plenty of room. Aditionally the spark plug socket that works on my Super Enduro does not work on the SDR. Strange.



Any suggestions?

Was searching with the term spark plug and got nothing. Coil works better.

For future reference:

You have to pull the shock mounting bolt on the SDR

The same 16mm spark plug wrench that works on the Super Enduro does not fit the SDR.
