rear valve cover venting

After doing all the mods on my SD ; mh box, SAS removed, flies removed with shafts,RC8 stacks,etc. the KTM tech suggested a valve cover from the front cylinder of a RC8 for the rear cylinder of the SD for venting . Has anyone done this mod?
