#6sit with your legs under the wheels and hold the wheel in place with your knees...while you try to aligh said rail and match up both sides of the wheel while trying to slide the long bolt through..its a right bastard , i'd rather lick the toilet bowl in the house of lords

I'm always changing wheels so most times it's not so bad. There's still the odd time I go GGGGRRRRRRRRR though.
