Tune ECU driving me up the wall

I can't get it to connect at all. Removed the software and downloaded it again. Downloaded the driver and made sure it's the one being used when the cables plugged in. Went through the order of connecting things go it says and tried a few different ways but it just won't connect.

Anyone got any ideas on how I can sort this? Need to stop the FI light flashing

I hate that fooking FI light.

Mine seems different everytime I connect it to the bike. Some times it works if I connect the cable to the laptop then the bike then start the program then turn the bike on. Some times its the reverse order. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Im sure I've connected it before but i could be wrong. The cable is a lonelec one

I had this with a mates brand new Lonelec cable. I got mine and it worked straight away
