I wont be riding as going to a black tie do up in London on the 28th.

No Pete, not a black tie down do although we can hope.

If my liver returns to a manageable size I may venture up in the afternoon to offer support and take the piss out of any fallers.

I was booked into Snett today, I didn't bother, mainly cos I'm up early tomorrow to fly to Istanbul.

I'll bring some champions desserts to Brands, Luke has said they should be rider's only though.

weathers looking better and better, might have to wear a woolly hat though. keep everything crossed for good weather.

still 4 places free i think?
I booked when I booked Snett.

I just hope I can fly home in time. I'm waiting for some fabrication work, the fitters here are slow as a second cum.

And then I'm going to want the crane for a few hours ..........

The forecast is looking to risky for me to book right now. If it gets better and there are places I might do it.
There's always the next Sunday with No Limits!

I saw my friend Mark there on his Suzuki K7 1000. In the dry I'm usually a couple of seconds quicker than him. Yesterday in the wet he pretty much glided past me at will, must have been a good 5 seconds quicker.

Mark explains that him being quicker is nothing to do with the Suzuki power mode switch, and more to do with my choice of hat!

Had a great time at Brands yesterday!

Not the best weather obviously but i was surprised by the grip given by my standard corsa 3's.

I met Pete briefly and saw his slightly bent SD, poor thing. Different group, garage and trying to stay warm and dry kept me busy a lot.

Had two small incidents. Where Pete mentioned the fluids on the track after Graham Hill bend i went through it and spun up the rear which was a bit of a ass eating pants moment!

Also got target fixated on the back of one guy on his 990 SM going into graham hill and totally missed my braking point, locked the front wheel which tucked and then had to go straight onto the grass cos i was scared to turn it late!

Best lesson of the day was get some wets! Saw Pete enjoying his.

Anyhow thats definately the last trackday this year, can't wait to go to Brands when its dry.
Yes, it's much more fun on a decent summer's day.
