I was wondering though, if you bought this on ur credit card would you not be protected if the company was to fold?
As for number of dates This link will give you an idea of where they have been this year

although these are car and bike days!
and I suspect if a decent amount of people stump up £600 odd in the next couple of months, the TDO will have more buying power so maybe more dates?
None the less even if you said 7 trackdays over 3 years;
3 cadwell,
2 Silverstone
1 snetterton
and a Bedford
and there is nothing to stop you booking extra's with other TDO's
