Thanks for the link to the Montiblanco circuit video Pete. I've never gone to a track I didn't like , respect, or at least want to come back to and continue learning on.
I don't ride a race pace. I ride - "If I hit that wall ;It's going to smart!" (Been there, done it,ouch, not recommended!)
IMO- You can get into enough trouble at a track day without going 10/10s into the corners lacking run off. It's still a balancing act, how fast do I want to go: Work on Monday.
Factor in a few friends who either are, on a good day, more skilled, have a faster machine down the straights, willing to take more chances, better tyres,
Playing that game on the street will end in tears.
More tracks are good thing.
.....even if they weren't designed with motorcycles in mind

Jody, i got handed a flier in my local bike gear shop. The guy who works there had gone to France with this company and went to that track. He said it was cheap and good fun but a short track, shorter than Lydden!

I had a nose at their website and it looks ok. Nice change from the uk.

I'll dig out the link asap

There's a track in France with a VERY similar name, Bemsee used to go there and race. That may be one you have in mind Shade.
