Race tyres...size?

I've just bought my SD-R back with the view to start racing it over here in NZ.
My question is....do you guys that race and/or do 'assertive' trackdays, use a 190/55 rear or are you using a 180/55?

I use 180/55 on the SDR no need to go bigger as the 180 turns quicker
