FMF Apex

I have 2 days to get her ready and dynoed for Aussie fuel. Was thinking I may not but US fuel smells REALLY different so will for sure if I can talk my way on.
I have to Fit...

STM Slipper
RC8 stacks with DVS
Remove butterflies
Swap rims
Fit Akra Full system (Off my 06)
Fit race glass
Fit lithium batt and maybe move to under duck tail.
Fit rearset adjusters
Annitori QS
06 tank.

I will be having a whole heap of parts going out the door after this week or next month (because of work and the house)

Thanks to:

SmokedU
Scuderia est
Danny Boyd
Dereik @ Pacelines

Sweet..!!!!
Even if you are a stick...
We just care about the Katoom anyway.!!!!

GIT ER DONE..!!!
You must be stoked!!! Its been a long time coming... Quite possibly the best sdr on here... Especially with the 06 tank, you get a much better grip of the bike with that tank... Better for track, worse for the road due to size but it is a track bike so all good
Decided to leave the exhaust for time and because is id 5mm larger in diameter than the evo...
Not sure if it's a good idea, but with the port and polish I want as much flow as possible
Story so far...

Managed to squeeze in on a dyno to make sure it's right for fuel... Not a proper tune just 5 runs on the dyno at full throttle.
141hp... 139 the smoothest... Can't wait to get this thing a proper tune!
Installed STM Slipper and went for a quick test ride.... HOLY CRAP BALLS!!!!
Have to lock wire and adjust suspension and paint tomorrow and change bar mounts as the rizomas are pretty shit. I'll be up for a swap of OEM black SDR if anyone's up for it.
I'll have pics of the injectors for you KTM Guy tomorrow...
Now my Mrs. is making me go to dinner... Not happy jan...
Nice bike! Swingarm looks sexy!
Had a bit of a horror run today...
Steering damper shit itself,
Coil popped out of front cylinder.
now I've had an an engine cut out while leaned over... Can you run with out the Tip Over Sensor plugged in...
If anyone knows or could give it a try for me before morning Aussie time that would be awesome.
I've started the bike befor e but not gone for a ride so I've only got Qualifying tomorrow to test it out.
On the bright side I'm as quick on this as on the SD and this is a bucking bronco ATM so I'm quite hopeful that a damper will settle it down.
So much so that I drove 200km to get my LSL of my 06.
I've gotta getr some sleep... up till 1am last night
More build pics... Oh and STM slipper came without ball bearings so I had to measure and guess... Turns out they're 6mm

ive been looking forward to this thread, whats wrong with the rizomas I was thinking of getting a set of lower bars either flat or low rise, does the rc8 stacks do away with the need to raise the motobox lid
