Just got back from Snetterton with Klinck, Luke and Motoronin. Another great adventure packed on track day completed with its own incidents as usual.

I'm downloaded the video now and will let the others file their full reports

[quote="Twisted Jester"]Looks like another good session by this seasons superduke.net track slags, that superdan is so last season now [quote]

jeese, knee down was sooooo 2009, Sabre is wheelie king, dont fancy being king of crash, were are trackday slags now, cant afford to be bling master, that just leaves me to be king of power slide for 2010 so I can regain my cool points, DP may wear his rubber the right way up by im gonna lay it down

Just gonna call Mr Stoner for some tips.....
Kinky Clinck gettin' his lean on.

It wasn't me....honest..
SuperslideDan doesn't have quite the same ring to it though.
Looks like you lads had fun! Too bad about the crash, though! Hope the damage wasn't too big.

Luke, Motoronin or Schnauzer you didn't pick up my beanie by mistake did you? Can't find it anywhere and something has got to keep this fooking hair-do under control

It's interesting to see so many riders get crossed up when leaning off their bike round corner. Here's a compilation of a few people at Rockingham http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hqjs33EmBWg

Has a cat shat on yer filler cap?

Bend your inside arm lad, it will point your head and shoulder into the corner.

Yes I will give it a go. It is on standard geering though and badly needs a tooth off the front plus a couple on the rear. Or maybe that is how 600's are.

Maybe I will take the fireblade too.

And maybe the SDR, if I get some new tyres and replace the latest bolt to drop out.

I might even take the 400 relic racer. Not to ride but it is ancient so will fit in well with the geriatric trackdayer's there Or maybe I will get Klinck to ride it. That will teach him, young whippersnapper.

Fookin, c**tin b***ard

After spending ages picking out the best ones and pasting them in to my reply with tag lines something weird happened and the forum shit out and dumped me back in the topic, reply was wiped.

So I'm not doing all that again so here's my favourite

Moto and Klinck together

Lots of other decent pics on there though of all of you guys, well worth a purchase I reckon.
this is my fav and def one i'll order. Knee down baby oh yeah

Image
Do they do a deal if you order the full set, at the FE track days they charge you (loads!) individually or one price for all the photos of you there is.

There's a nice one of Moto on a left hander with his knee down too.
Wicked shot Klincky; I'm not sure how but you can see the transfer of panic being hunted by your good self from my face to my helmet! like that.

Cheers for that Stew They are now on the watch list.
But isn't it the case that unless you're running track specific rubber they're not really needed as road rubber is perfectly capable of dealing with numerous heat cycles whereas track rubber needs to be kept hot between sessions so as to prolong the life of the tyre.

At least that's what Luke said last time tyre warmers were mentioned

But what he wrote did make perfect sense alongside what information I already had.

For the sole purpose of them just being hot from the first lap I don't think it's really worth the hassle of needing a generator or power outlet and losing time between sessions sorting it all out as they're only going to stay as hot as you can ride them and conditions allow anyway once you're on track, so if you're on road rubber then to my mind it's less bother to just give it a couple of laps to warm them up as well as a chance to get your head in gear too.

Obviously with track rubber it's a must have.
