It's £10 a night to camp apparently, I asked the same question in the thread about the double on the 11/12th June.

Woop woop! What a great day. Weather was perfect with not a cloud in the sky and the track was bone dry from the outset Happy days!

Started the night before when at the last min I end up staying with Ronin. He was on fine food/munchie making form last night and plied me with an array of culinary delights. Cheers bud you da man!

Find Jody setting up with some race boys and gal so setup up with him. At the briefing we find its 2 groups of Novice/Slow Inters and Fast Inters/Fast. The 3rd group is the Super Bike teams there to test for upcoming BSB. Groups were still very small though and no more than 40 riders max in our group. Manage to get back into the track fairly quickly from 3 weeks ago. Within 2 sessions I went from 2.27.8 fastest lap last time to 2.20.4. Jody however is pulling off 2.17s so my plan to get a tow hasn't worked time for the Voodoo doll

Ronin and Reaper turn up with a spine protector for me as like a idiot I forgot mine. Cheers boys Lunch time comes and after a tasty treat of chilli with rice and chips I whip off the Racetec and stick the slicks back on. I honestly didn't think they would make any difference in lap times as I'm not even close to using the Racetec to their potential but suddenly I'm able to stay in range of Jody and we start to get past some people after getting dominated by a lot bikes in the morning. The slicks do squirm a bit on the power but it seems very predictable and nothing scary happens. Grip really is fab both on the brakes and through the corner. Getting some confidence back in the front end finally. Laptimer decides to play up in the afternoon so no idea until I watch the footage to what laptimes we were putting in but chuffed I was able to stay with Jody. This was of course his first day of the year and my 4th but I'm sure that means nothing lol. Last session was all looking good, we were first out and just as we start to get going and its red flagged we come in, wait 5 mins and then within 3 laps its red flagged again. Chequered flag comes out and session is cancelled Feel very cheated as I was well up for that last session

Really do like the Snetteton 300. It's bloody quick, is great fun and a really good track for the SD. The fact it only takes me 90 mins door to door on the same road is also a massive bonus. Will be going back very soon.

Good to see you Jody, was a great laugh
