Well what a fooking great day. Weather was hot and dry. Although like good Englishmen we were complaining it was too hot as we all cooked in our leathers Arrived nice and early, earlier than Ronin would have liked. He wasn't too impressed when I was knocking on his door at 6am (and no not his backdoor Millar ) Monty and Keith on their filthy Team Green ZX10s were setup in garage 10 and had saved us a spot each. Briefing was nice and too the point as Easytracks always seem to do. There was a max of 40 riders in fast group and we managed to go all day without a single red flag. I do wonder why they aren't more popular as a trackday organiser??? They do everything right and always give a great service.
Without going in to a big drawn out account of the day as I'm fooking knackered and really need a shower. Ronin was back on track Great to see him out there ( and yes he did get a little wave as I went past Monty and Keith were as quick as ever on the Kawakas, although the SD fought valiantly and only got passed twice, the last one egging me on to put in my fastest lap yet trying to get Monty back with a 2.14.09 Good to ride around with you guys. Snetteton really is becoming a fav track for me. Doesn't have the personality of Cadwell but is fast with a good mix of corners, smooth and bloody easy to get to .
Monty and Keith headed off to Cadwell at the end of play. I came bloody close to tagging along but have a job to do tomorrow so back to reality
Good to see you guys Bring on the Crashfest!!
