Tyre pressure- Set your pressures 4 or 5psi high the night before and then set 'em to what the tyre guy recommends before you go out for the first session.
When I was doing a lot of days at Mosport Ken would recommend 30/30 as a safe place to start for most.
If your pressures go up more than 4 or 5 PSI.Then start with more. Less than 3PSI lower'em.
10% cold to hot was the old rule of thumb.
