Want a GPS lap timer for free?

Well, sort of free -

All you need is the free download for your fone and a blutooth gps receiver (which cost me 25quid on fleabay) -

RaceChrono is a GPS based lap timing software for S60 and Windows Mobile smart phones

They already have most of the UK tracks to download but making your own is pretty simple aswell! Worth a llok if you fancy a laptimer!

Had me looking on App Store for iPhone and there are a few apps. They even measure G's through corners This one looks quite good

Yer i saw that 1 mate but -

I didnt fancy attaching my precious IPhone 2 the bike or in my pocket in case of an off!

The internal GPS doesnt track and update quick enuff so doesnt mnake for a good laptimer.

Adding an external blutoof gps to the IPhone drains the battery real quick!

Hence i went for racechrono on my old phone!!!! simplezzz
