A few guys in here allready did the mod.....
Update:I allready got the contact details on the guy that manufacture the clocks (on the german forum). I have send him an email, waiting for his answer. Here is one of his creations:

#9Heeyy Stabak, we got a winner.........
I got a message from the guy today. basicly you can design whatever you want, he just need the file in vectorised format. If you just need a color change and some KTM logos, it is no problem. (I assume he has all the templates for the small changes)
I still wait for his email adress so i can send my own design proposal. I go for black background, and white in the 'working area' 5000-9500 rpm. A few KTM Racing logos etc, and i am done.
How is your german by the way........
