1290 spanner for shock adjustment

I am the US, and our manual says that to adjust the spring on the shock, use the spanner from the tool kit. My kit only had the larger one for the chain adjustment. I was at the dealer yesterday, and when he looked up the tool kit to get me one, it wasn't showing on his diagram. Strange. Did anyone else get this tool in their kit?
The tool kit has 2 C spanners in it. A bigger one to adjust the chain (fits the hub to turn it) and a smaller one for the spring.
The handle for both is separate and is that flattened tube (best way to describe it).
Yes, that is what the manual says is supposed to be there. The dealer couldn't find the smaller one for the shock on his parts diagram to order it, or get it to me out of inventory. I don't suppose you have a part number for it, do you Guy?
