Thanks guys. I'm actually thinking about buying an existing bike dealership and am trying to come up with as many iniatives as I can for the business plan!

Interesting... it's a toughie...

For me, KNOWLEDGE and ability.

I don't care about coffee, i don't care about a bike when mine is in for work.

I want the bloke to know his stuff and the spannerman to be an EXPERT..

Anything other than that is a bonus.

You know, i like looking at pretty bikes, and shiny bits.... but mostly i want a dealer to know his stuff.

Yep, I need someone that knows his stuff and I don't have to be the one telling him what to do.

Someone that's a perfectionist and takes pride in his work.

That shows by taking care of your bike like if was his own and your happy face while driving home thinking that you should had taken the bike before as it's much better now .
