Does any one in the southern California area mind recommending a shop to get a tune? I'm in the Inland Empire and don't mind traveling.

Thank you, I'll give them a call.

edit* From what they said, Tune Ecu is shit for dyno tuning and that he has to beat the hell out of the bike to get it tuned. Since he has to do multiple pulls for each throttle position. He recommended just getting a power commander since it'll be a better tune and easier.

Have you had your bike dyno'd with tune ecu? Just curious.

Thanks for the honesty. I'm pretty new to the ins and outs of tuning so I don't really know what's bs and what isn't. I'll consider a power commander after I get an airbox, I called Cyclemall they said they actually prefer Tune Ecu to using a power commander. Only issue is they've never done a superduke and are pretty much triumph only but he said he's open to doing it if I bring my cable. From what I've seen they tune a lot of race bikes. However I'd still have to wait since I doubt dropping $400 for a tune is worth it when I only have exhaust and haven't removed the flies or installed a motobox.

Yeah, you're right. Sliders and track time is always a better investment.

More hp isn't what I'm really after. Just getting a proper af ratio so I'm not running lean or super rich.

Hey aphex I'm in Rancho Cucamonga..

It'd be cool to meet up for a ride this summer. Friend has an rc8 and I have family with a 990 adventure. Not much beats a fleet of ktms going down the freeway.
