second service costs

One for first and third service but not second service costs:

I was told £150ish over the phone got my akra map chucked in, pulled my card out to pay and they wanted £198 i asked why it was £50 quid more and they said parts and labour.

If I ask for a quote I want to know how much it is "all in" not overly impressed but they redeemed themselves by ordering me a new tacometer under warranty as mine is out-of-sink.

That's pretty much exactly what I paid. The 'service cost' doesn't include parts, apparently

that quote was useful for you then!!

so around £200 all in then, will bear that in mind as my 2nd service will be due in about 3/4 weeks.
