I already checked the search, but it showed only a few postings issued by Millar, who already answered my questions by PM.
OK, here we go:
Super Duke 2005, 16000 Miles, last 3500 track only.
Since last track day 2010, irregular vibrations when idling, disappearing once the clutch lever is pulled.
Dealer changed almost the complete clutch (except discs), but no change.
Since vibrations disappear once lever is pulled, I put it to the clutch... with no result yet.
Dealer proposes to check clutch axle (the one which transfers the movement from hydraulic cylinder to the clutch itself), and these two sprockets with their spring on the balancer... He said the spring could be broken. Checking the repair manual, I realised that they are located BEFORE the clutch, thus ALWAYS spinning and not stopping once clutch is pulled, so implausibly the "bad guy"...
As you can read, I am trying everything to avoid engine disassembling, since that one would maybe become a complete revision.
I am aware that the problem could find its origin in a broken or flawy bearing... but maybe it's not!
Any hint?
Thanks in advance.
