RC8's seat is a sofa compared to the SDR. It looks hard but is actually quite comfy and roomy.

I need to try the Arsey 8 again with the bars raised - neck's still stiff today but that's due to landing on my head doing a back somersault trampolining when I was 14 (nearly broke me feckin neck!!). Any sportsbike rider will be amazed at the comparative comfort and adjustability. It's a cracking bike.

I think they are like that because the gear lever is set too high. Cap'n P's is fine now he's adjusted it.
