2nd throttle motor's sound

Hello guys!
My friend have a small problem with a sound of 2nd throttle stepped motor.
I have some video for more information.

Is it correct quality of behavior for 2nd throttle after ignition on?

The voltage from closed 2nd trottle is 1V (2nd thottle positioner was orientated myself manually)
The bike is working without any FI errors, but this sound make me crazy!

Specification of the bike:
SD EU 2008
Leo Vince exhaust
Motohooligan package - SAS Plates, Air system, oval 2nd butterflies.
Custom map with Tune ECU with "2nd throttle" and "idle speed control" checked only. The map was downloaded with 15 min idle run after.

...easy answer....take them off secondarys and shaft. = no noise.....it will go much better smoother and adds about 3hp

....oh and it runs rich without them so idealy needs mapping ..so mpg goes up as well

...there is no down side to removing them
