40 tooth rear sprocket

16/40 is a great cheap mod ...all round better rideability and great for larking around on. gear4ltd should be able to do next day del if in stock..

No new chain needed just turn the chain blocks the other way round. pic in photo gallery .. mods

Second that, seems like the perfect setup, just gives you that little bit extra so you dont need to feather the clutch from a stop, and seems to hang on to each gear a little better.
