WOW! That's very impressive! Makes my £200 mill in the garage seem pointless...

Very keen on seeing what results you get.

As a matther of fact when it comes to the weight issue superDUKE220, the compound curve shape alowed it to be only .040" thick and still be more ridged than the .125" flat lid, same goes for the base plate with the ribs. So the whole unit weights about 30% less than the Mar unit.

OK guys!!! I have material for three more units on the way. Hopfully I will be able to get these knocked out by mid next week. I will do my best!!! Good news is I had some free time to go for a ride today. And after doing some seat of the pants dyno work and a tweek of the PCIII, ending up 1 bar richer on the low RPM 1 on the mid and 4 on the high it will pull 6th gear all the way to the rev limiter with the 16/38 gearing, in the short strech I have near my house!!! I cant wait to get some dyno ###! Ahttp://i487.photobucket.com/albums/rr2 ... e019.jpgnd to top it off I have a couple pics with it on the bike.
