You can download more maps from the dynojet web site Just click on the map number to download the map you want. If you put it in the default Dynojet directory on your computer then it'll be a selectable option when you tell the power commander software to "get a map". Then you "load" the map to the PCIII. It's easier to have the bike and the computer next to each other, but it's not necessary. Dynojet has a remote power adapter, which is simply a small wiring harness that lets you connect a 9V battery to the PCIII. Then you can download maps to the PCIII without having it connected to the bike. Of course, you have to disconnect it from the bike which isn't easy.

Did you do the 15 minute warm-up ECU reset routine after you hooked up the PCIII? That might help with the popping. Also, the ECU is adaptive and will adjust overtime. My bike popped a lot more when I first had the Akras installed, but now it doesn't pop.

No I didn't do the 15 minute warm-up ECU reset routine ...can you explain to me how I do that or where to get that information. Thanks, Rob

basically, start the bike when the engine is cold and let it idle for 15 minutes without touching the throttle. There are quite a few threads that discuss it, like this one
