Spot on Russ - I think people get all sexed up over the 'Akra' bit, falsely interpreting that as a performance mod, which it patently isn't. What it does is pump more fuel through the engine, actually detuning it in the process. The reason why KTM push this enrichment map is to protect themselves, pure and simple.
If you want to detune the engine, then flash the ECU with the enrichment map. If you want to save yourself some wonga then leave well alone.
I have and mine runs beautifully.
