Alpinestar Jet Gortex pants

anyone have some of these? Are they good? I am tempted but usually find trousers too short that fit my waist. I notice they sell some long models - has anyone got any advice as to how the sizes on Alpinestars come out? I am a 34/34 in levis if that helps, I recon I need the long L or long XL.

Any help appreciated
