am i hurting her??

i have installed recently the CPR air box and SAS is removed,and she has arkras with baffles in.
she is mapped on the akra dealer map,and thats all i have done.

power commander is out for time been,cash is not abundant.and tune ecu is like me trying to learn mandarin, with my computer skills what they are.
so is it ok to run her as is,as in not causing damage just not running as well as she might.
she is a million times the bike with the mod,just will be taking a trip to Austria this may,big miles and just wanna make sure she is ok for it!

The ktm Akra map runs very rich ... so it should be ok

it will run miles better with a custom map though

just get it mapped..... for touring in may it will be more economical and improve the riding experience no end. I have exactly the same mods on mine and the initial dyno run showed lean points in the map (that could have, long term, damaged the engine) at points in the rev range where emissions testing is done - you've gone to all the effort of making her run better only to stop at the last hurdle and risk doing some damage......

Still have the secondary flies in.,i have read about it,but my spanner skills are only so so,air box was as big a job i have ever done.
But it went perfectly,so it is the next step...

Buddieb..... The map from mine has the secondary flies removed but it won't make much difference if you leave yours in - we just found a couple of extra bhp at he top end with them out.

Removal of the flies brings even more smoothness, allthough it will loose some oomph in the lower revs when you crack the throttle.

i am 05.
i bad need of this map to be sorted before i head on the 5th next month.
The most kind mr cheesie will do a map upload demo with and for me,all i need is the right map.
