Annodising problem??

I've taken a leaf out of Dr.F's book and have had a whole bunch of stuff annodised or powder-coated black on my '06 SD. The swing-arm looks great, as does the sub-frame. But I had the foot-pegs and heel guards annodised black and I'm a bit disappointed TBH as they look more dark navy blue than the sheer black of the rest of the kit. Any ideas why this might be? I even used the same company as Dr.F to do the work.

I'm tempted now to either buy some new footpegs etc or have these re-done/powder-coated instead? Any suggestions?

Thanks Big Ash. I'll call them back and see what the reckon to the blue'ish'ness. Thing is I also don't want the bike off the road for any longer than a day or so (as that would mean un-wintering the 10R). Still, if they at least acknowledge the problem NOW they could always do the work again come spring??!!
Thanks for all the advice.
