Anodising top yolks black?

Can anyone in the London or South recommend a company who can anodise SD components black?

I have a spare top yolk and handlebar clamps in original silver finish - is it just a case of cleaning them up and getting them re-anodised? Or is a different finish necessary once the aluminium has been anodised silver? I'm unsure as to whether this process can be done twice.

You guys who are having their swing arms done..........is it anodising or powder coating you are going for? I like anodising better, if possible, but I want it to be a good finish, I seem to remember someone saying they had something done and it was a bit transparent / thin looking?

Thanks.

Swing arm generally powder coated - piss easy cheap job that lookz good! (had it anodised 1st but looked crap and slightly blueish)

You need to find a company that does hard anodizing, i had my upper an lower triple clamps done and my bar clamps, triple clamps came out fine but clamps came out hazy and very blue! (this was with noraml anodising, NOT hard anodising)

i use a company here who charge £40 as a minuim so i would expect the same prices in your area, powder coat is more durable than anodizing,so i imagine the peeps who have done their swingarms would of done them in powder coat.I'll be getting my swingarm and rearsets and bar clamps powder coated and the engine mounts and wheels done in black powder coat for £100 locally
