Another coolant leak, doesn't seem to be the top hoses this time either! Any ideas?

#3I'd say it's leaking out of the pipe from the rad to the water pump housing mine did this.
Some numpty only put1 o ring on when 2 are needed and it was on the wrong side of the flange, so I would just replace them as they cost about 10p

#5Look a bit forward from where you took your picture at the housing with the 3 hoses coming out of it, the hoses are held on by crappy hose clips. (Thermostat)
It is a bit of a fiddle to do all 3 of them but once you replaced them I'm sure your problem will be solved.
Mine did the same, $10 and 15 min later it's all good.
