This is a heads up that if you run any of our carbon can options on the low level gp3 exhaust please do not use the db killer.
The 1290 creates massive pressure and can cause the carbon to tear with the db killer inserted.

The good news is we have designed a new style db killer that will not cause any problems and can be used with any of the carbon can options including the gp2r.

If you are interested in this new db killer please contact us: [email protected]

Thanks
as i don't own a 1290 or any of your products i'm simply playing devils advocate here. is the fault in the design of your cans/db killers, or with the bike for making to much pressure? and who picks up the tab for a new db killer, you, your customers, or ktm for making a bike with to much exhaust pressure?

I think its good that a manufacturer comes on the forum and informs the target buyers of any issues

But I find it strange can you explain a bit more please
