excellent..that is what I am looking for......the picture looks just like my bike!!...(except for the windscreen)...Can you post a few more pictures showing details of where the rack is attached, etc...maybe somedimensions, etc...I have a gas welder and some steel rod in my shop...I could probably braze it up easily enough...

I wouldn'y mind a description and a few photos of the windscreen either (seriously)

I used 20 mm's stainless steel and the rack is attached in 4 points to the bike.

And some pic's of the NEW windshield . Can't risk to upload pictures of the old one again.,.. I'm afraid to get banned

First i bought an universal used windshield on Ebay...the cheapest one i could find. Think i gave abt 20 $ or something. Like this one : cause i needed the mounting kit. The i took a piece of 3 mm plexiglass , used a heating gun ( Do you call it that ??? ) to warm up the plexi so i could bend it.
I don't know yet if the height is ok or if i will get the air right in the helmet. Maybe it's some adjustments left....I know as soon as the snow melts.. .

Just so you all know... This will be used ONLY for this years European tour !

Beautiful job on the rack and the windscreen too...Thanks for the images...I'm on board with "homebuilt" accessories..check out my old windscreen prototype on a Suzuki SV650...right down to the hand painted "S" logo...and I heated the plexiglass over an electric hotplate on the kitchen stove.

It worked very well, giving me just the right amount of protection to tuck in behind. The plan was to make it in aluminium (prototype is steel) with less bolts of course but when i gave the bike to my son he rejected the windscreen...
