Bike dies

I have a 2008 SD with 900 miles, The bike will die for no reason at all. I can duplicate it time and time again.
Example riding along at 45 miles an hour I can lightly accelarate to 50 and then close the throttle and it will die. Restarts right away.
Or
I can be riding at about 20 miles an hour and shut off to down shift for a light or to corner at an intersection and it dies. Restarts right away.

Yes I searched and did the suggestions of the grey conector, kinked fuel line and vac leak.
This started after I put on the cans and had the flash done.
Is this just what I have to live with? Not most safe feeling in traffic

Bike has Leo Vince Carbon cans the Akra Flash and slipper clutch.
sounds like the map may have been entered wrong or something.... I'm tying to think about options here:

1. Does the bike pull smoothly otherwise (like when you don't close the throttle all the way?)

2. Does it idle well?

3. Will it do this at all speeds and/or in all gears?

4. If you blip and close the throttle in neutral does it do it?

It almost sounds like your throttle body butterflies are closing all the way or something - starving the ole girl of fuel. Shoot back some answers and I'll keep thinking.
