bike stalls

over the weekend my superduke stalled 3 or 4 times. It usually happens when I pull in the clutch to change down a gear when slowing down ...it has happened before once or twice, but not for a few months now....anybody got any ideas
Could be tip over switch?
the bike will restart immediately. I just squeeze the clutch lever and hit the start button and off I go again.
Search the forum, it's an issue talked here.

An carbon tank I almost bought talked about it in the specs for the used item on Ebay.

Don'te recall any solution given...
