Blingin Number Plate.......

Hi all....yesterday I saw a bike with an LED scrolling text bar under its numberplate.....scrolled text until the brake lights lit when it all illuminated red.....sorry to say I was most impressed with this and fancy getting one for my bike, anyone got any idea where you could get such a thing from? Have come up with nothing online!
