Brake Pad How To

Hello All.
I'm down to 25% on my brake pads and need to swap them out. Front and rear.
Will one of you with prior experience on our bike, mine being '07 SD, point me to a step by step pad swap and brake bleed procedure?
Hopefully the info is already posted here thoroughly describing techniques and tip. I have searched, but have not come across it so far
