Buying SD

The main difference is the tank size and range. My 05 SD used to get 70 miles between refills at a push. The 08 SDR managed 130+ regularly.

So if you go for the original make sure you keep an eye on the fuel light as you only get 20 miles tops on reserve!!

Original is best, by the way.....but only if it's ORANGE

Also add the water pump seals to the 05/06 SDs as its a fav to go at some point.

All these some issues are made up for 100x by the mad crazy beast that is the KTM Super Duke when you ride it. Still makes me grin like a looon just thinking of getting on her for a blast
