Hi, does anyone know what the name and part number is of the big grey connector cable that goes to the airbox (with female connection on)?

looks like its a part of the complete main wiring harness . part number for a 2007 SD is 61111075100 . hope this helps .

What year is your bike?

SD? SDR ?

Not sure it makes a diffrerence but try 61041012000

Doubt you'll be able to aquire one from KTM. Your best bet is an electronics parts supplier. You can also try DynoJet. They woould have a few lying around for sure.

The Big Grey Connector (BGC) has two sides:
000700000CP
000700000CQ
Both available from KTM.

Do you need a connector or a loom?

All I've done is broken the prong bit on the inside of the plug that you use to unclip it. I managed to get it Apart this weekend but it was fiddley as hell. Just though I could replace the loom with the plug so in future I don't have the same issue.
