Aint no rocket scientist but if things were fine before the tyre change do you reckon it may be the wheel alignment when it was refitted? I don't think it's anything major, just think it's a bit of fine tuning. Unbelievable that it can make that much of a difference though. Hope you sort it

After the engine is up to temp pull in the clutch and give it a little rev. If all as smooth then put it on a stand, strap it to the floor (just in case it comes off) and rev again. If there is vibration with the tyre moving then it is most likely the tyre.

Have you changed anything else. I am not sure what kind of balancer this motor has in it, but I have had counter balance shaft bearings go bad in my 2 strokers before.

Also, Home many miles and what year. If it is going away with clutch pulled in then it could be a clutch problem. I know that my clutch had to be checked under warranty soon after I bought it due to possible loose bolts.
