Could not remember if i asked this question before. I used the search function, but nothing came up......

Here we go:

Has anybody seen a proper chain tensioner for the superduke. I have contacted Gilles / LSL / Rizoma, but they dont make a version for the Superduke.

Gilles look like this.....

I was looking for something like this....

Complete mechanism which is installed in the swingarm. It is fixed to the bolts normally used for adjustment. Chain tension is adjusted on the back.

nice !!

dont you think it will fit on the SD even if its not made specifically ?

Seems like most bikes have the same dimensions around this "area"
Maybe some other model will fit.... i dont know....

Everything has to be spot on, down to 1/10mm. Lenght, width, thickness, axle dimension etc.

I will ask around........
Maybe another project for Ian Young? Incorporate some paddock hooks into it as well?

Joe wishes he could offer up some help for poor Moto, wishing I lived in Boulder or Denver, somewhere around golden, or maybe someone with some

spare time could offer up some help to him for exchange for parts? I know of a couple of people in the area,

I will wait to see if they come forward to offer our man Moto some much needed help.

I may try and make a tank prop, I think I can handle it... we shall see when the man weighs in.. I won't be meddlesome..
Well guys, Here it is 8pm my time, I got in the shop at 6am this morning The next round of motoboxes will be off the machine tomarrow Should be ready to ship wendsday. I have had another machine running on heal gaurds and am about a third thru them. I will keep you all posted as I near the finish line.

The prop-rod is yet another good idea, and as a mater of fact I have some drops from another project that would work nicly. But if you want to tackle this one joe go for it
