Clutch draggin and loosing clutch oil!?

Got a '05 SD, and only had it a month, clutch oil level was low when I bought it, so bought some more and topped it up, but the level had dropped again now (in a month) from max mark almost to minimum, but I cant see it leaking anywhere!? Any ideas?

Also it is dragging the clutch with the clutch pulled in (not sure if was doing when 1st got or not, dont think it was), when sat still u can just feel it trying to pull, more so if you increase the revs (not loads that it will move you, but you can feel it, and would go if realy flat or on slight incline), related? or a known problem?

Bike has done about 7000 miles

Apart from that I LOVE this bike!

Yes there is leakage there! it is gathering and then running down the side stand. Best be phoning round today for a new one then.
