Clutch Issues

I am hoping for some ideas.
Three different mechanics and two complete rubber kits later. The clutch is good for a week then begins to go soft. It is just the hydraulics (I think).
Interesting thing is that the fluid in the reservoir rises as the feel gets soft.
There also seems to be a loss of fluid from the reservoir but no leaks are to be found.
I am concerned that it could be getting into the engine oil. I have changed the oil many times, just in case.
Any suggestions guys?

This is very frustrating and even worse that there is a distinct lack of good KTM mechs in Brisbane.
I also found a two inch crack in my Ti Akra Y split section.
Was there a thread on this problem?
I very much enjoy the toy but I am look at alternatives that don't have any orange breeding.

My '06 SD clutch appears to not be working up to scratch. Neutral is hard to find (reminds me of an old thumper single to be honest) but more annoying the bike continues to coast forward when in first gear with the clutch pulled in all the way. When slowing down in traffic this translates to a gentle lurching motion when coasting slowly. It also crunches from time to time when I go from neutral to first.

I've had a look and can't see any amount of fluid leaking down the side stand so I assume it isn't the OE slave. The oil in the reservoir also appears to be at the correct level and not really going down. Oddly enough the problem seems worse when I gear down from second to first than if I'm standing still and go from neutral to first although I'm not sure if this is relevant. The discernible biting point when taking off from a stand still seems to be half way out and the little plastic screw on the lever is turned in as far as it will go.

I only just bought the bike so I can't say when it started but the fact that the fact that the last couple of days have been quite hot and most of my riding in city traffic could only have exaggerated the problem.

Could it be that the clutch is simply worn out and I need to have the plates replaced?

All suggestions appreciated as I know near nothing about clutches!
