After my recent spill, I was checking over my bike for damage etc, I noticed that the clutch lever when pulled in presses a microswitch. I assume the switch on the brake lever turns on the brake light but can't think what the one on the clutch does. It's operation seemed a bit hit or miss, don't know if this was a result of my off, but I've now moved it so it activates every time, but what does it do?
