Clutch pushrod shaft seal replacement?

I have noticed small amounts of oil appearing under my front sprocket cover and making its way down my sidestand, lately the amount has been increasing, were not talking a puddle forming but enough to cause concern! Now back 6 weeks when i swapped my front sprocket for a 16T one, i remember removing the clutch slave cylinder and a small amount of oil running from where the clutch pushrod comes through the engine, simply wiped it up and didint give it another thought as at the time no more oil appeared, now my question, im guessing the shaft seal has given up and will need replacement, Q1 - does anybody no if this is an easy fix or an oil out job (i dont have a problem with getting my hands dirty would just like to o before hand) and Q2 - does KTM sell this seal on its own or will they do thier usual and try to tell me it doesnt come on its own and ill have to buy a complete blarrrr blarrrrr blarrrrhhhh!!!

cheers guys

ps. this is definatly engine oil not clutch fluid, i thought it may have been the cyclinder giving up but my clutch fluid hasnt budged a mm (and i have been keeping a close eye on its for a few weeks now!!)

right, confirmed it, have removed all clutch cyclinder parts and had engine running, oil is dripping past clutch shaft seal, anybody have any idea about this part and how easy it is to replace?

bigash, joe can not suffer while you peacefully drone here! give me a pic. should not be any big thing if you can stick your finger on it?...

go get the picture and post it up, a live shot is much better than a still exploded pic too,

one out of the forum manual will not work cos it will not show all the obstructions.

Same issue with mine at the moment.

It went into the stealer a while back and still wasn't sorted. When I was in France and had the slave cylinder replaced they told me it had the wrong size seal in it and that they had replaced it with the correct one. An hour later and it was leaking again.
It's getting it's big service soon and they're going to look at it again but I'm not exactly confident it's going to be resolved.

Thanks, Bigash!

You mean you just pulled the seal/bearing out through the case on the side where the clutch slave cylinder sits? It looks like there's not enough clearance for the outer metal sleeve to pass through that hole.

Isn't it supposed to be put in from the other side and the engine case prevents it from being pushed through all the way? That's what I was getting from the repair manual, at least. If you're pushing it back in through that same hole from the outside, that would explain why it's still leaking afterwords.

One more thing: During my disassembly I came across a crack that went through the coupling between the clutch slave cylinder and the engine case. Took a picture of it just for fun. Doesn't seem to be causing any problems, but I'll most likely replace it just to be safe.
