The clutch slave cylinder on my 07 seems to be going. I noticed that it seemed to be slowly losing pressure and hisses when I pull the lever. I was under the impression that this was on the 05-06 models only. Has anyone had the slave cylinder go on an 07-up model? Also, what aftermarket brands are holding up the best? I've searched but thought I would get some fresh info from you guys.

Just had my Clutch slave cylinder leaking oil, pulled it apart and fitted a new O ring to find it still leaking.
Found that the piston has a hairline crack in behind the ball bearing, found it by pumping the clutch with the slave assembly off the motor.
New Oberon set up ordered.
It's a design flaw. There's not enough metal at the critical point.
Oberon with base plate time,,,,,

Just put a Rekluse slave on my bike yesterday. Adjustable, works great, and less expensive than everything else out there.

Magura mineral looks great but standard brake and clutch fluid works just fine.

Do not use brake fluid!

Use Magura Blood or just get some LHM oil. I used some generic LHM oil made for Citröen cars.
