CNC machined aluminium, anyone?

Hi All,

Anyone on here got a CNC lathe and fancies knocking up an adapter for my Beetle steering wheel to make it fit the boss I have?

I have the dimensions at home and can produce some pretty pictures with numbers on.

Any help much appreciated.

I think Joker (Jocke) has one but as he sold his SDR he is not on here so much, but he is a very helpful chap.

No, Joker didnt have a CNC machine, it was just a milling machine type lathe thingy on his bench. It couldnt reprpduce stuff from drawings n stuff like CNC can (i think).

I have a contact with him and will send him this thread just in case though.

I've only got a small manual milling machine. Precision isn't its best quality. Good luck with the project!

Sorted now - found a local guy with a full Haas CNC machine room.
