i completly stripped mine last winter whilst having several parts powder coated and anodised!
Its a fairly simple process with these bikes!
My start point was to get lots of sandwich type bags to hold nuts, clips etc, lots of lables and several plastic tubs.
Just be methodical about everything and anything your not sure about just photograph before, during and after (this is most useful with electrics)
For the most part if you just want the frame powder coated then when removing things like rear sub-frame etc then it can be removed in 1 peice rather than removing every item from the sub frame first (if you see what i mean)
Your biggest consideration should be how to support the bike whilst working on it, i found the Abba stand with the swing arm removal kit absoulutly invaluable!!!!!
So to finalise, its pretty staright forward - just document everything as you go (or at least the bits your unsure of)
Last thing - i hope you have a decent tool chest - nothing worse than getting into a job when all the shops are shut and finding you dont have a particular size allen key or similar!!!
