Great - thanks for your reply. Wonder if it's a common fault? Anyway that's clear, I'll do what you've done - report it to my dealer now, and at next service they can replace. Not as if it's serious, so it can wait.

#4From what I've read this is a common problem an all 07 - 09 KTMs (not just SDs. I think from 2010 MY they are better sealed and less prone to cracking like the earlier 'new shape' clocks.

#5Yeah, pretty common unfortunately. The clocks are crap.

#21Mine have done it since new. It's condensation and I'm not that bothered - it always goes away after a few hours. I'm out of warranty now as well. I also have that little chink of light at the top right hand corner that Jehad Joe was going on about a while ago. It's really annoying and shines brightly in the dark.
